CRIM Matrix &
Modules

90 minutes: 30 for matrix, 30 for questions 1 and 2, 30 for module

Shelly: describe the CRIM matrix, discuss/critique its content, and get comments on:
Question 1 - what are the IMM threads necessary for technically oriented undergraduate and graduate education?
Question 2 - what is the content for each thread?

Presentation and validation of CRIM organization matrix and sample modules

IMM Syllabi &
Module Sharing

1 hour: 30 minutes for syllabi, 30 minutes for module sharing

Ed and Shelly: presentation on our own IMM courses with syllabi and materials. Identify one or two specific modules to share and discuss how to share them, how they would be fit into existing curriculum etc.

Question 3 - what are the techniques for good pedagogic practice?
Question 4 - what curriculum resources are available?

1 hour: 15 minutes to plan, 30 minutes to work, 15 minutes to present

Teams will plan what they want to develop and share that plan - it is possible to modify teams at this point.
Teams will work on the development of that material and a sketch and outline of the module.
Teams will report.
