Enhanced Automated Grader

Welcome to the home page for the Enhanced Automated Grading System Project. You will find links below to information on acquiring, installing, and using
the EAGS Clients to submit your assignments over the Web.

The EAGS is a third-generation automated grading system for introductory programming classes, replacing the  NAG.  EAGS is a client-server application,
written in Java, that allows students in elementary programming classes to submit their source code for testing and scoring, and receive the results by e-mail.
The EAGS is under development and will be deployed for beta testing at selected academic sites in Fall 1999.  Our intent is to make the EAGS freely
available to academic institutions beginning in Spring 1999.
