Acrobat Reader Readme File

• Launch Acrobat Reader.

  
  

  • To start Acrobat Reader, click on , select Programs, Adobe Acrobat.
• Open the HELP_R.PDF document in the Acrobat Help directory. Select "Open..." from the "File" menu and browse to the Help sub-directory under the Acrobat Reader directory.

Read the section in the HELP_R.PDF document on Using Acrobat Reader and the first several pages of the Viewing PDF documents section. These pages will instruct you in all you need to kenow to gain a familiarity with the Acrobat Reader Interface and begin using the program.

In order to effectively use the Acrobat Reader you will need to learn the function of the buttons on the bar near the top of the window.
