Announcements

• Due to problems with the automated grader on Friday, there is an extension on the due date for Assignment 7. It is now due by 11:59 PM on Monday night.
• There will be no labs this week (5/3 - 5/5). Good luck on finals, and enjoy the summer!
• The PPP instructions for connecting to the internet (from FreeBSD) via modem line are now online. If you have any questions or run into any problems, please contact your GTA.
• The Acceptor client has been modified (again). If you downloaded a previous version, please replace it with the new one at Automated Acceptor web page.
• Grades are now online. Click on the "grades" button on the masthead, and then simply enter your student ID. Any questions concerning grading must be asked within two weeks of the assignment due date.
• Test your understanding of the lectures and prepare for the final exam by taking online quizzes. Old quizzes are continually being rewritten, and new quizzes are being created, so check here often! Quizzes currently available are: Quiz #1, Quiz #2, Quiz #3, Quiz #4, Quiz #5, Quiz #6, Quiz #7.
• FreeBSD 2.2.7 is available by ftp from the local cslab mirror site, but the Walnut Creek FreeBSD CD (in the bookstore for CS1206) has many other "goodies" you will want someday.
