If you would like to get your own installation of LaTeX, more information about LaTeX, or are missing something, check CTAN. CTAN stands for "Comprehensive TeX Archive Network." There are many mirror sites. For a current list of sites, do "finger ctan_us@ftp.SHSU.edu". You can search the archive here.

A good LaTeX for Windows is MikTeX (also available from the CTAN archive).
