At Virginia Tech, the digital library efforts have focused on the Envision system, which builds upon the MARIAN system. In addition, use is made of KMS, a hypertext system well-suited to collaboration. Further, Hyper-G is used along with browsers and other parts of WWW. Altogether, for our Interactive Learning with a Digital Library in Computer Science project, we adopt a hybrid ILDLCS architecture.
