Title: GetSmart - apply U. of Arizona DL technology to NSDL

- Goal: Get started in work that will commence in January
on a new NSF grant with University of Arizona to apply their DL technology
to the National Science, mathematics, engineering, and technology
Digital Library.

For backgound about U. of Arizona work, see their home page. For more details see the
proposal that will be funded. First we want to install some of
their tools here. Then we want to apply to them to two domains:
computing and biology. This project will make a serious start.
