Late Policy for CS5604

There is an extensive discussion of assignments, problems of procrastination, and related matters in the Course Format document. Please study this carefully!

Because of the Course Format, there are few direct penalties regarding late work. However, the following points should be kept in mind since they are official policies of the course:

• The Instructor reserves the right to take several working days to grade any assignment or quiz, and if out of town may take longer. Also, if many students turn in work at the same time, grading may be further delayed.
• The Instructor will not grade a student's work on any unit unless all previous units have been mastered.
• No work received after the Final exam will be graded.
• If version A of a unit quiz has been submitted for grading, version B should not be attempted until the graded version A has been returned. Similarly, version C should not be attempted until version B has been returned.
