Computer Exercises

There are two approaches to the exercises. First, you can contact Robert Akscyn and work with him to convert some article to KMS. He can be reached as rma@ks.com. You should in advance select an article you wish to work with (in your group). You will need to scan the article, learn a bit about KMS, and convert the article to be somewhat like those in the HTC.

Alternatively, you can carry out the three small exercises that follow. For those having trouble with any of these parts, say because of limited access to KMS, you may instead access http://ei.cs.vt.edu/courses.html and then work your way into the Multimedia, Hypertext and Information Access Course and do a short essay about the importance of either the Dexter or Amsterdam models.
