What is a GOMS model?

GOMS model consists of
- Descriptions of the Methods needed to accomplish specified Goals.
- The Methods are series of steps consisting of Operators that the user performs.
  - A Method may call for sub-Goals to be accomplished, so the Methods have a hierarchical structure.
