Design Case Project:
An Evaluation of HRIS Banner

Abstact

The purpose of this design case project is to evaluate the human resources information system used at Virginia Tech., HRIS Banner, utilizing scenario based claims analysis. We hope to suggest some improvements which may be used in subsequent redesign efforts for the Banner system.
