Participants consisted of five undergraduate students enrolled in CS 3604 during the Fall semester of 1997. Since these participants have used the CS 3604 web pages in conjunction with their course work for approximately three months, they are considered to be expert users. All participants were at least 18 years old, signed an informed consent form, and were treated in accordance with the APA ethical principles and code of conduct (1997).
