Mr. Jones Adds A Story

A friend of Mr.Jones told him about the Nostalgia Web site. Mr. Jones is intereted in submitting a story, so he goes to the Nostalgia Web site. He reads the introduction to the site. He clicks on the "Compose Your Story" link. This brings him to a page that has a picture of a postcard at the top, and a form for him to fill out. The first entry in the form is for his story title. He types in "A Really Cold Winter". He enters the text of his story in the next text area. The form then asks for contact information. He types his name and e-mail address. He then types some keywords to help identify his story, separating them with commas. He picks the "Weather" category and clicks on the "SUBMIT YOUR STORY" button. This loads a page which shows his story in its final form. It infoms him that if he wants to make any correction, he should click the back button, make the necessary changes, and then re-submit his story. It also gives him a warning indicating that if he changes the title of his story, it will submit twice.

Mr. Jones noticed that his mailbox icon on his screen indicated that he had new mail. He clicked on the icon and saw that he had a message from the Nostalgia Web site. He opened it up and it said that his story has been submitted. It thanked him for contributing to the Nostalgia Web site and said that he could now go and see his finished story there. It also told him that he will be notified by e-mail if any annotations are made to his story. He went back to the Nostalgia site and saw his submission. He was satisfied with his accomplishment and left the site.
