Evaluation of the Nostalgia
system
In evaluating the Nostalgia system and the new changes, our project
group looked for the following features and characteristics:
Overall consistency
Attractive
User-friendly
Trade-offs
How well was the main goal achieved (touch the seniors citizens’ feelings).
The following techniques were also considered:
Scenarios and claims analysis.
Use of GOMS/TAG/active user/metaphor analysis.
Interview/surveys of users and designers
Usability evaluation
