Description:
The Virtual School has a utility for creating notebooks. This utility
is primarily used by teachers for creation of the project worksheets.
For example, the worksheet containing the questions to be answered in a
lab. This utility is only an option on administrator accounts.

One issue that arose while we were experimenting with the features was
that after a group notebook was created, there was no way to remove it.
