Shared Notebook
Description:
The notebook is the primary work area for the group. The notebook
contains the questions to be answered as well as being the space where
answers are to be written. The shared notebook can be customized
by the addition and subtraction of tabbed sections. Each section
can be operated on concurrently with other sections allowing multiple users
to modify the notebook at one time. Each section can only be edited
by one user at a time. The user that has the current editing
rights is designated as having "locked"
that section of the notebook. The changes made by that user on the
notebook are not reflected on the other user's copy of the notebook until
he relinquishes editing control by "unlocking"
the section.
