Liezel D'Sousa (ldsouza@csgrad.cs.vt.edu)
HCI (or other behavioral, experimental design, etc.) courses taken:
I have only had the 'Models and Theories in HCI' course last fall.

Software development skills:
I have programmed in C, Pascal, Fortran, Cobol, BASIC in my undergraduate degree. I have worked with Foxpro 2.6, EXCEL, Visual Basic and know my way around MSWord, Access etc. But I don't like programming. I like database studies, networking and 'webstuff'.

Research interests:
I would like to do research in problem solving and ethnographic studies.

Personal information:
I am friendly and easy to get along with. I love listening to music and going out (I am an unconventional CS major....I love going out and don't like programming...it generally is the other way around). I taught math to the freshmen last semester and loved it. I like teaching. I am from Bombay, India and like Blacksburg. I find it rather cold but I'm getting used to it.

Known schedule constraints:
I am unavailable during these times
Mon : 12.30 - 4.20pm
Tues : 11.30 - 5pm
Wed : 11.30 - 4.20pm
Thurs : 10.30 - 5pm
Sun : 4-7pm
I have choir practice every Wed from 7-8pm but that is 'missable'.
