DL Project Suggestion: 5S

Title: 5S (Societies, Scenarios, Spaces, Structures, Streams) Framework

Goal: Complete and submit a paper on 5S

Required background: proficiency in formal methods for CS, mathematics
Description: For the last several years various students have worked on the 5S framework for digital libraries. Marcos Goncalves has the latest copy of the project notes. We are close to having that work ready to submit for publication. This project would complete the effort sufficiently to allow such submission.
Some pointers for information include: 5S taxonomy, digital library taxonomy, 5S Overview with Metrics, References on Either 5S or Star Methodology
