CISE EI Project Information Submission Page

In order to disseminate many important results developed by over 20 Education Innovation (EI) projects, NSF funded a NSF CISE Education Innovation Pages Project at Virginia Tech. This project will collect information about all past and current EI projects, organize that information, and make it available over the WWW. We are in the progress of collecting relevant project information. Your help is needed to complete the WWW pages being developed. Please at least send some key information during the next week (i.e., by Nov. 1) if you cannot provide a full set of information immediately. We would like to receive the rest of your data no later than Dec. 1, 1997 if at all possible, since our funding runs out this year. We need the following types of information:
  1. list of major results (short numbered or bulleted list)
  2. project proposal (preferably in PDF or LaTeX or Word, but we can handle other formats - you can omit sensitive parts like budgets, but please do include the Project Summary and research description)
  3. project award document (a photocopy, or a file with the main details of: amounts, duration, contacts)
  4. each interim report (electronically, as for 2 above)
  5. final report (electronically, as for 2 above)
  6. all technical reports (URLs or FTP addresses, or electronically, as for 2 above, or on paper if you will allow us to scan them)
  7. other publications (URLs or FTP addresses, or electronically, as for 2 above, or at least a full bibliographic citation)
  8. URLs for the project home page and the home page of all PIs.
  9. software developed in the project (URLs or FTP addresses, or an electronic form - maybe compressed tar file, or any pointers or citations or addresses needed to obtain)
We have set up a draft version of the NSF CISE Education Innovation Pages. The URL is:http://ei.cs.vt.edu/~csei Your comments on the pages are greatly appreciated.

You can submit your information over the Web, and/or by email and/or by anonymous ftp.
