  5. 9/23, McB 104, Professors
    Students present the vision of their projects, explaining how they will work using scenarios, and identify the base technologies and integration work needed. The faculty team gives advice, and we divide up so that each of the 5 (3 person) projects has at least one faculty liaison.
  6. 9/30, Multimedia Lab (Hancock), Mr. Miller
    Successful multimedia projects, integrating technologies and how to develop a project.
  7. 10/7, McB 104, Professors
    Students turn in and present their contracts. There is one for each project, and one for each student. This lays out the scope and amount of work, tasks, and milestones. The contract includes a detailed outline and a timeline. This is right after the drop date, so everything is quite firm.

    Student groups demonstrate their projects. They must have some pieces (snippets), and tie it together into a type of Wizard of Oz show that suggests the full project.

    Projects are shown in a demo session format as at a large multimedia conference. The President and Provost will be invited. Projects are turned in, in final form by 12/11, the last day of class.
