Biographies and Memoirs

I have been asked frequently for references to sets of biographies of Computer Pioneers, primarily so that students can complete assignments on researching the biographies of their favorite person. This set is extracted from my forthcoming book by IEEE Computer Society Press entitled Biographies of Computer Pioneers.
