Representation: capture bytes: A-D
- An LCD unit or picture tube generates a voltage for each of the
three primary colors, for each picture element (pixel).
- The Analog to Digital converter produces an integer 0-255 for
each value.
- The resulting bitstream is an interleaving of the 3 values,
produced for the overall image that is scanned left to right, top
to bottom.
- Each value takes a byte, so we have 24 bit color
