Exchange

Exchange is the full service tool for working with PDF files. It is a superset of the Reader product, with a number of additional functions. From the menu bar or the Tool menu one can:

• add a Note,
• add a Link.

• Save (as) a file after making changes,
• Insert another (PDF) file such as a page.

• Crop pages,
• Add bookmarks,
• Create Thumbnail sketches for all pages or Delete those created previously.

Note also that Adobe Illustrator allows one to make changes directly to PDF files, beyond the delete and insert operations allowed by Exchange.
