Eastgate Systems has developed Storyspace, a powerful hypertext and writing tool for the Macintosh. Its data model includes three parts for each storyspace, namely title, content, and a set of embedded storyspaces. The content portion is usually filled with text but also allows inclusion of multimedian. Links can go from a node (content portion) to another node, or can start from an individual character or span of characters.
